Our direct-pay model allows us to offer transparent pricing, longer visits, and personalized care without the restrictions and delays that often come with insurance. However, we are happy to provide you with a detailed superbill after your visit that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. We recommend checking with your insurance provider beforehand to understand your out-of-network benefits.

In most cases, you are able to use insurance for prescriptions sent to a pharmacy and any labs ordered for you.

We also offer discounted cash pay labs which may times are more affordable than insurance copays or deductibles.

Yes! After your virtual consultation, we can prescribe both topical and oral as well as injectable medications when appropriate- including GLP1 medications. Your prescription will be sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy.

We do not prescribe medications that are considered high risk for dependency or misuse- opioid pain medications, some sleep aides, stimulant medications, sedatives, gabapentin, and cannabinoids.

Tiffany is so excited to meet you! At your first visit, we will obtain your medical history and current medications. We will talk through your goals, concerns and any questions you may have. During your visit any lab orders can be placed and prescriptions can also be sent.

All you need is a device with a camera — like a smartphone, tablet, or computer — and a stable internet connection. After booking, we’ll send simple instructions to make logging in easy!

In accordance with Medicare regulations, neither you nor our practice may submit a claim to Medicare for reimbursement for any services provided. By receiving care, you agree to pay out of pocket, understanding that these services are not covered or reimbursable by Medicare.

In most states, Medicaid members are not permitted to pay out-of-pocket for services that are covered by Medicaid.
